SHIPPING
Processing & Delivery
Twenty4Five Athletics is built around premium drops, limited releases, and performance apparel. Some items may be produced or fulfilled after an order is placed.
Processing Time
Standard orders typically process within 5 to 10 business days before shipping. During limited drops, team orders, or high-volume releases, processing times may vary.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Twenty4Five Athletics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Premium gear. Clear standards.
We want every athlete to feel confident in their gear. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed, and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.
Exchanges
Size exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and available in the requested size.
Final Sale Items
Custom apparel, team orders, limited personalized items, sale items, and worn or washed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Twenty4Five Athletics or a defective item.
ORDER ISSUES
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
